 Surrey roads drawing – Drawn from the passenger seat of a mini-coach, so bit wobbly. Suburban and wooded lanes overlaid. pen and wash on left. Pencil on right. → March 17, 2013

Two drawings – both made portrait, which is unusual in my Seawhite A6 landscape hardbound book – but very different occasions!    → October 26, 2012

Day trip to Chichester: drawing in the Cass Sculpture Park and the fantastic Pallant House Gallery where there was a small Adrian Berg retrospective. → September 26, 2012

The afternoon Provencal light suggested that the fluorescent colours of these gel pens might work well. They did! (With additional brush pen and fineliner) → August 23, 2012

Dark shadows and textures catch the eye in these drawings; washed in with brush pen; working wet and with dry-brush first before adding line. My favorite Posca PC-1MR white pen to add dashes of light. → June 21, 2012
