Drawing driving

I seem to be drawing from coaches a lot recently. I enjoy following an edge as I draw even if that edge (of a distant horizon, or the shape of some trees) is changing; I just draw the part of the edge at that moment. I also use what I called connected drawing, where I draw a line at the perceived edges or "contrast boundaries" of the subject and where the seen edge meets another edge I follow on, connecting one part of the subject with another.
